Scotty is very much a product of the SouthEast. He was born in Alabama, studied in Tennessee
and then South Carolina, where he met his wife Sally. Together, they’ve deepened her existing Columbia roots
and embrace the area as a place rich with content and possibilities.

Scotty teaches art at South Carolina State University.
